The purpose of this program is to: 

  • unlock powerful meditative tools that can help to bring ease back into your life 

  • work with the breath to release thought process and emotions that may be presently in the body 

  • establish the habit of sitting with oneself in practice without judgement

  • create space for deep rest, rejuvenation, resilience and peace


We will also explore: 

  • your relationship to the elements, your perception of experiences and your personal expression 

  • plus you will experience various types of meditation, visualization, Yoga Nidra, contemplation, self inquiry, body scans, mindfulness, breath and more.

AYURVEDA PRACTITIONER, MEDITATION TEACHER & YOGA THERAPIST Nicole is a graduate of The Harvard Medical School, Herbert Benson MD Program in Mind Body Medicine. She is the founding director of JAI Wellness and is a certified International Yoga Therapist, certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Ayu-Yoga Therapist and Meditation Teacher. Nicole has lead professional certified courses in Ayurveda, Meditation and Yoga Therapy internationally for the past 15 years. She shares her wisdom via on-line trainings, international retreats and through her writing as a senior contributor for health and wellness at CBC.
